Team Building Activities in San Francisco, California

San Francisco is known as the City on the Bay, and instantly associated with the Golden Gate Bridge, rolling fog, Alcatraz Island, cable cars and steep streets. It’s also a fabulous location for team building events.

The Embarcadero, literally where one “embarks”, is the heart of old San Francisco. The nearby Ferry Building at the foot of Market St. is the terminal for ferries serving all parts of the San Francisco Bay. Its clock tower is captured in the iconic photograph of the aftermath of the 1906 earthquake. It’s the perfect setting for our treasure hunt called ScavengerQuest.

With smartphones in hand, your team will search for the answers to clues, take photos and compete in fun challenges as ScavengerQuest takes them on an adventure around the Embarcadero.

For some indoor team building options, head to the California Academy of Sciences, located just across from the De Young Museum. The academy can host Intergalactic Adventure.  Intergalactic Adventure is a highly engaging team simulation that pits your group against an evil alien species intent on destroying all life in the galaxy. Your team only has 20 days to stop them. Open collaboration, efficient use of resources and effective communication can literally mean the difference between life and death.

Spread peace and love created in Haight-Ashbury by taking part in a charity-based team building event.  Build bikes for under-privileged children in Wheels for the World or decorate oversized canvas totes with inspirational messages in SmileKits.  Each SmileKit is then loaded with wish list items for children in hospitals, animals in pet shelters, kids in schools and even our US troops overseas.

There is an array of other team building activities offered in San Francisco and Team Builders Plus has what you are looking for.
