That’s why we’re so thrilled to announce that Team Builders Plus has been ranked among one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Philadelphia Area by the Philadelphia Business Journal. We were named among fifteen small businesses selected as finalists for the title of Best Place to Work. (The final rankings will be revealed on Friday, October 9, 2015).

And we didn’t petition the PBJ or make our case for why we’re the best in the form of smooth salesmanship—far from it. The rankings were determined by the results of a confidential survey completed by all of our employees. They responded to different questions about how they felt about going into work every day, from whether they felt appreciated to how well they got along with co-workers. That Team Builders Plus was selected as a finalist out of hundreds of participating companies means that we are living and breathing the philosophy that we teach our clients through innovative, creative exercises that create a positive, engaging and productive workplace.
