Poor Meetings - Conflict

Frequent Conflict at Meetings

Poor meetings are sometimes a function of the amount of conflict in a team, or generally, poor relationships between team members. Teamwork requires considerable cooperation, and team members who are often in conflict usually find it difficult to cooperate on anything. Subsequently, meetings produce less and the team may operate at less than its full potential.

Handling conflict effectively is a function of how well we understand it.
