Poor attendance at meetings due to time constraints...
Team members occasionally find themselves under pressure to perform other activities, such as work-related
obligations, that interfere with their ability to attend meetings.
Members should talk through this issue and look at alternatives, either permanent ones or temporary ones. For example,
could the meeting time or date be changed? Could the member attend for only part of the meeting? Could the meeting be held during lunchtime?
There are a myriad of possible solutions that will surface when the problem is discussed.
