Taking Flight with DISC is a program is the foundation for our leadership development programs and we can combine it to any of our other team building activities to create an impactful day of learning and team building. Throughout this session, you will learn how to better communicate as a team and organization and even how to better to communicate to clients. We don’t lead our session like a lecture. Our workbook is more like a guideline. Team members will take part in a series to interactive exercise to help reinforce the DISC styles.
