Celebrating Another Success for Team Builders Plus and What It Means for You
When we founded Team Builders in 1991, our mission was to transform the shape of every company culture we touched. Over the past 24 years, we’ve helped hundreds of organizations break down communication barriers, boost their productivity and sustain dynamic workplaces where team members eagerly pitch in for their fellow co-workers. Now, Team Builders Plus is one of the most recognized team building companies in the nation, with hundreds of powerful testimonials from clients under our belts and multiple industry awards.
But there’s one measure of success that matters above all other. It’s the one without which our past successes fail to mean something substantial. And that thing is our own company culture. At Team Builders Plus, our greatest measure of success is to practice what we preach, because we know that in order to teach your team how to win, we need a stellar company culture in which our employees thrive.
That’s why we’re so thrilled to announce that Team Builders Plus has been ranked among one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Philadelphia Area by the Philadelphia Business Journal. We were named among fifteen small businesses selected as finalists for the title of Best Place to Work. (The final rankings will be revealed on Friday, October 9, 2015).
And we didn’t petition the PBJ or make our case for why we’re the best in the form of smooth salesmanship—far from it. The rankings were determined by the results of a confidential survey completed by all of our employees. They responded to different questions about how they felt about going into work every day, from whether they felt appreciated to how well they got along with co-workers. That Team Builders Plus was selected as a finalist out of hundreds of participating companies means that we are living and breathing the philosophy that we teach our clients through innovative, creative exercises that create a positive, engaging and productive workplace.
Nothing makes us prouder or happier than to know that our team has built a culture that makes work a great place to be, no matter how many challenges we meet—because every day, we meet those challenges together.
